Get inside our work. Or our heads anyway.
We keep a blog of our process --it's a place for us to put up rehearsal videos, share our thoughts on how a piece is developing, and generally put out our impressions of what it means to be building performance.
It also lets us acknowledge the significance of process to our work. "Figuring it out" is a fascinating aspect of performance that the audience doesn't always have a chance to engage with, and we hope that by sharing what we go through, you'll get that inside view that will make the performance an even deeper experience.
Of course, we know that all this process gab isn't for everyone (can you count the ways that we can get inside art? we can't either), so whether or not you know what we're up to between shows, we love to see you at our performances and hear your impressions there.
New to blogs? We recommend following a blog in a RSS feed reader. All you need to know about feeders is that through them you can subscribe to the blog updates - which means that you can see new posts to multiple blogs in one place! Check out Google Reader (a browser-based reader) and NewsFire (a desktop reader, requires internet connection, too.).
if you're on facebook, join our group to get performance invites there.
And of course, you will hear from us if you're on our mailing list:
